Innovation Award EuroTier 2022: Vilofoss wins a silver award

The Vilofoss product E-Force, including plant derived alfa-tocopherola vitamin E-product for calves, has been announced as one of the winners in the silver category of the Innovation Award Eurotier 2022.

“We are incredibly proud to receive this award, and at the same time, it assures us that we have a product of high quality. Now we are looking forward to launch E-force so that our customers can benefit from it,” says Per Theilgaard, Category Product Manager at Vilofoss.

E-force is part of the CareFoss-series and is not available on the market yet, but presumably it will be ready for the EuroTier, the world's leading trade fair for animal breeding and livestock management, in November.

EuroTier has established itself as the leading platform for the introduction of innovations. In connection with this an independent expert jury is tasked to choose the most qualified product innovations. The award is handed to the winners during EuroTier, which is held every two years. This time four gold and 14 silver EuroTier Innovation Award-winners has been found out of 150 qualified product innovations – and E-force is among them.

Shortlist for Agrifuture Concept

Moreover, the Vilofoss/DLG-product, which we refer to as ‘Product X’ because it is still in the research and development phase, is now on the shortlist for the DLG Agrifuture Concept. ‘Product X’ reduces methane emissions from cattle.

This award is dedicated to products that will be ready to enter the market in 5-10 years. The winner will be announced on November 17th at EuroTier.

Vilofoss will be present at EuroTier from November 15-18th in hall 21, stand J08.
