Liquid hoof care product for spraying
- Creates a membrane on the hooves at the problem area, supporting the healing
- Neutralises the tissue-destructive ammonia, which would otherwise increase the infection rate
- Neutralises hydrogen sulphides, which promote growth of the Treponema bacterium. Treponema is one of the factors causing DD.
- Creates a stable and protective membrane, lasting for several days
- Suitable for acute and preventive treatment
- Allowed for use by organic farmers for treatment aimed at the individual animal

Dosage
- Apply a concentrated dose 2-3 times per week directly on problem areas using a knapsack sprayer or similar. Keep the spray nozzle close (1-2 cm) to the problem area during application for optimal flushing and treatment. Avoid washing the hoof area before and after treatment.
- It is recommended to apply HooFoss spray during milking in milking parlour or carousel. Can also be used for heifers.
- After a few weeks of treatment, the problem areas will appear black with a scab, which should not be removed. This indicates that the treatment works as intended and should be continued.
- Non-organic product, which can be used for organic farming, as according to Council Regulation (EU) No. 834/2007.
